For the first time, SHY-R100 employs constant tension and speed planning and CCD intelligent learning technology in the roving machine control system and develops the roving machine spinning controller of the world’s advanced standard. SHY-R100 has the following characteristics:

•         1. Creative tension spinning process planning can theoretically achieve maximum efficiency in spinning;
•         2. Spinning tension self-learning function enables automatic setting of spinning process parameters (“intelligent“spinning operation).
•         3. The system fundamentally overcomes the technical barrier met by the original Zinser system in using custom inverter. Other things being equal, the use of a non-custom converter can achieve results not inferior to (and even better than) Zinser custom inverter.
