SHY-C100 is the second generation of auto-leveling control system that has been developed by Huayuan Mechatronics. Compared with existing SYH604, SHY-C100 is of distinctively better hardware, software and performance, aiming to lead the domestic market and get closer to the highest international level. The JSC228 carding machine supported by SHY-C100 attended the Shanghai Textile Machinery Exhibition held in June. In the exhibition, by comparing with domestic competitors' products and talking to their control system R&D staff, Huayuan Mechatronics were convinced that SHY-C100 is a leading player in the domestic market. In addition, in the tests conducted by Huamao and Shandong SamSun, SHY-C100 also exhibited excellent indicators, and generally yielded desired results. Meanwhile, relevant commercialization work regarding SHY-C100 is under way. Follow-up work will focus on measuring SHY-C100’s reliability and stability in mass production.
SHY-C100 controller has the following characteristics:
1. High-speed sampling of the thickness of carding slivers and feeding slivers, working at a normal pace, carding slivers thickness sampling at 5mm interval, each sampling point using sampling techniques to eliminate interference and improve sampling accuracy;
2. Feeding slivers fragment is controlled at a length of 0.5mm, slivers thickness sampling at 0.05mm interval, applying sampling and filtering techniques to slivers thickness can effectively eliminate interference and increase sampling and control accuracy.
3. Unique algorithms that deal with traditional conflict in controlling fragment lengths, to ensure timely, effective control of slivers quantity (unevenness of long fragments) as well as slivers quality (unevenness of short segments and ultra-short segments);
4. Real-time quality control (weight deviation, 1, 3, 5, 10m weight deviation, 1, 3, 5, 10m unevenness, thin/km and thick/km etc.), alarm and real-time spectral analysis to provide data for quality control and fault diagnosis;
5. Simple, easy to operate in setting up auto-leveler parameters, quick training for the operators;
6. Detailed alarm information, flexible alarm settings, fault diagnosis and alerts providing quick and convenient fault positioning and solution, significantly reducing downtime;
7. A wealth of statistics and reporting functions.
