Jiangsu Jinsheng Industry Holding Co. Ltd. was established in 2000 in Jintan Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province. Currently the Company operates across a range of business sectors including textiles, machinery, construction, real estate and biological engineering, and owns 22 holding and equity affiliates at home and abroad with a total asset of over 5.8 billion yuan and near 6000 employees.

 

Jinsheng is one of the top five important cotton spinning equipment manufacturers in China, and also one of the major high-end knitting yarn suppliers. It is the unit for vice president of China Textile Machinery Association and vice president of China Textile Engineering Society.

 

The Company is a “national key high-tech enterprise” and a “national key textile industry enterprise”. Its intelligent cotton cleaning-carding equipment has been jointly awarded the “National Key New Product Project” by the Ministry of Science and Technology as well as other five leading ministries in China. While maintaining its existing status in the global textile machinery field, in 2010 Jinsheng acquired 50% equity stake of the EMAG Group in Germany, Europe’s third largest machine tool manufacturer, and has ever since stepped into the field of high-end CNC machine tools.
